The SAE-SMB mechanical suspensions are equipped with an effective anchorage adjustment system to ensure perfect axle alignment, thus reducing fuel consumption and tire wear. Their joints pivot on silent blocks for quiet operation and easy maintenance. For multi-axle suspensions, the rocking beam movements optimize load distribution across the axles.
Technical features
  • Higher Leaf thickness: first time in this segment suspension with leaf thickness 18mm, 1.5 times stiffness than regular 16mm thick leaf.
  • Specially design wide leaf: to meet the 1550mm wheelbase requirement.
  • Bushings: special material compound to increase strength and life in usage even with heavy duty application.
  • Lubricated bushes: for balancer (rocker) lubricated design of bushes to eprmit re-greasing and long life after regula maintenance.
